Those of you wishing to recruit from PhD granting computing departments might consult the CRA Forsythe List at http://www.cra.org/reports/forsythe.html. It provides a list of department chairs with their contacts. If you know of similar lists for departments that are not PhD granting, please share with the other PIs.
