  • For the links, it would be helpful to add a short bulletted list of features/highlights of each resource.
  • Maybe we can prioritize on the list so that the ones with the least amount of effort to go through can be listed first, for those who are really busy.
  • I recommend David Touretzky's slides.

More material, Hastings Center goals

As promised, I have added more material to the wiki: a link to a key article by Davis on teaching ethics in engineering, links to my YouTube videos, and links to other key resources on research ethics, professional ethics, and computer ethics.

At the meeting, I mentioned the Hastings Center objectives, but they seem overly general: 1. To stimulate the moral imagination; 2. To recognize ethical issues; 3. To promote sense of moral obligation; 4. To develop analytical skills; 5. To tolerate disagreement and ambiguity. So I did not include them.
